On a bright Christmas Eve, the house is warm and decorated yet the traditional evergreen tree remains bare and the family is still not together. Three grown siblings and their spouses desire a traditional Christmas. Yet, without their parents alive, Christmas seems emptied of meaning. Or is it? With mishap and merriment, the family explores past and present as they struggle to find new meaning for memories and old traditions.
